3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

3.2 Account Types

• Student Accounts: Created and managed by schools or teachers

• School Admin Accounts: Manage school-wide access and users
• Super Admin Accounts: Platform administration (Grade Groove staff only)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or download content without permission

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Grade Groove and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
